Considering therapy is a courageous step to take, as it often seems easier to avoid what is uncomfortable rather than face it. As important as the treatment itself is finding a therapist you feel comfortable with.

Addressing life difficulties can be hard work, but can be made easier if you are working collaboratively with someone you can be open and honest with. Psychotherapy can be a life transforming experience, where new understandings emerge and skillful strategies are gained in handling life’s challenges.

I am licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. I have a specialty working with children and adolescents, at both an individual and family level. I have developed an understanding of how to make a connection, given different developmental stages and cultural contexts. I also work with college students, young adults, and adult women (ages 18-65).
